Bellingham Herald Calls Osama Death a Vindication of American Spy Gadgets

Osama bin Laden's death, which brings a sense of closure to the victims of 9/11, is being lauded as success of American spy gadgets and daring. American war on terror around Af-Pak border has seen a lot of use of spy gadgets, and although the details of the mission are not released by Washington, it is obvious that hi-tech gadgets played an important role in pinpointing Osama's location.
But along with the spy gadgets and satellites, it was the daring raid by American commanders that brought Osama to the book. In an environment of suspicion, where American agencies did not get complete support from their Pakistani counterparts, most of the missions involved the use of latest spy gadgets, and the accomplishment of this mission vindicates the amount of effort and money spend on these gadgets.
